By depositing the amount of your order, you send us the deposit document by email (info@kolovou-shop.gr) and after confirming your deposit, your order will be sent to you immediately.

Payment by card. (Currently only for orders within Greece)

Procedure

The user is redirected from the site kolovou-shop.gr to a secure page of Piraeus Bank.

Enter your card details (Card Number, CVV2 / CVC2, Card Expiration Date, Name written on the card, Email optional, if you want to receive confirmation of successful card debit) *

If your card is accepted, a redirection is made to the site kolovou-shop.gr and your order is completed.

* If your card is Credit you have the option to choose the desired number of installments.

Important:

  • Transactions are made in a secure environment and all data remains private when sent to the site.
  • In order to maintain the high security standards set by the Kolovos store in electronic payments, all credit or debit card holders go through an approval process by the company and the card issuer.
  • You can also pay by card from the collection point located in the Kolovos store.

You can pay by cash (DOMESTIC GREECE ONLY) on delivery if you choose the following methods of collection:

A. Pick up Point: In case you live near the Kolovos store, and if you wish, you can pick up your order in person. The right of collection from the store is for everyone and must be implemented within 14 calendar days from the order. In any other case the order will be canceled and the product will be returned for sale in the store!

Β. Collection via courier company: If you fill in your details and the Receipt Address correctly, the courier companies we work with (Speedex) will make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. COD is free for orders over € 50, while the cost for orders of lesser value is € 2. We remind you that shipping costs are free for orders over 50 €, while the cost for orders of lower value is 3 €.
